We select our own wines, produced exclusively with Prosecco grapes vinified through special processes, as for example the cryomacertaion of the grapes. The wines are subjected to the second fermentation and bottled in the region with Controlled Denomination of Origin (D.O.C.).

Journalists and experts have recognised the great importance in the improvement of the Prosecco wine image of the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Col de' Salici, especially of the Extra Dry and Brut sorts.

The processes of vinification and second fermentation are supervised with special care in order to intensify the wine perfumes. The result is a fragrant and elegant wine with a fine mousse and bouquet. The residual sugars at 15 g/l makes the wine paricularly supple.

Sparkling wine produced with Prosecco grapes selected from the hilly vineyards in the viticultural area with Controlled Denomination of Origin. Special care is taken in order to achieve a dry and structured sparkgling wine, but typical, aromatic, fruity and elegant, with an intense mousse and a fine and persistent perlage. The residual sugars are about 9 g/l.
     
Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze D.O.C
Spumante Dry (Charmat Process)
Wine produced with Prosecco grapes selected from yhe best vineyards in the viticultural area with Controlled Denomination of Origin Superiore di Cartizze, the real cru of the Prosecco. It is an aromatic, fruity and typical wine with great elegance and personality. The residual sugars are over 22 g/l and intensify the wine characteristics and finesse.

Wine produced with Prosecco grapes selected from the best vineyards situated in the hilly area of Treviso. It is an extra dry sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage and an intense and lively mousse. The residual sugars are 15 g/l.
